STRIP CUCUMBER MEATBALLS

Methods

  1. Ingredients: mince ginger, mince garlic, chopped green onion, chopped South China crispy melon.

  3. Sauce: Start the pot and add oil, put down the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant, then pour in water, clear soy sauce, crispy melon soup, pepper powder, and a little black pepper and rice wine.
  4. The sauce is rolling. Put the meatballs slowly one by one. Too fast the balls are easy to disperse. First simmer for five minutes, then try the saltiness of the sauce.
