Dry noodles (thick, thin)

Green onions

  1. Unpack the dried noodles and put them in a pot, add a small amount of water (just cover the noodles) and boil, let the noodles reheat, pour the water away and set aside.
  2. Prepare a large bowl, add Hwa Nan fried bean paste with shallot (the amount is added according to personal preference), green onions
