[Soup base] Hwa Nan Korean kimchi

作法Methods

  1. Saute fragrant onions (shredded), garlic white meat (with good fat), and 1-2 cans of Korean kimchi in a sesame oil cold pan (with the juice reserved). After sautéing, add water (or stock) and kimchi juice to boil.
    ◎The concentration can be adjusted by adding salt according to personal taste.
  2. Add fruits, vegetables and meats, and add fresh kimchi before cooking to increase the different taste.
    ◎The amount of kimchi in a can will be reserved first, and you can add it when you add water (dashi). The kimchi pot soup base will remain rich!

 


 

KIMCHI RAMEN

 

材料Ingredients

[Soup base] Hwa Nan Korean kimchi
 
1 can
[Vegetables and fruits] 2 kinds of wild vegetables, tofu and other favorite ingredients are added.
[Meat products] Plum hot pot meat slices, garlic white meat, Sichuan balls, white shrimps... and other seafood.
Noodles: udon noodles or thin noodles for 1-2 people

 

 

Methods

  1. Garlic white meat (with good fat), 1-2 cans of Korean kimchi (juice preserved). After sautéing, add water (or stock) and kimchi juice to boil. ◎The concentration can be adjusted by adding salt according to personal taste.
  2. Boil another pot of water, add the noodles and cook for about 6 minutes (not too soft)
  3. After picking up the noodles and putting them in the bottom of the kimchi pot, add fruits, vegetables and meat in order, and then add fresh kimchi before starting the pot to increase the different taste.
